About Hazel Hawkins Hospitals Foundation

Founded in 1978, the mission of the Hazel Hawkins Hospitals Foundation is to provide financial resources to support the health care activities of Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital and Hazel Hawkins Skilled Nursing Facilities. Under the leadership of a 21-member Board of Trustees, the Hazel Hawkins Hospitals Foundation works to help meet the specific healthcare needs of the people of the San Benito County region. The Foundation provides a range of charitable gift opportunities for individual and family donors, business and corporate entities and other philanthropic organizations. Gifts to the Foundation support patient care, building and equipment needs, and healthcare education. As the non-profit, tax-exempt parent organization the Foundation receives all charitable gifts and grants in support of the Hospital.

   991 San Juan Road. 5:30 p.m. Hospital Foundation Hosting.
   Rod Stewart raffle ticket winner will be chosen.

4. Wednesday, August 26th, SB Chamber Lunch with Leaders,
   SJ Oaks, 11:30-1:00. Hospital CEO, Ken Underwood Speaking.
   Sponsored by Hospital Foundation.

5. Friday, November 6th, 3rd Annual Dinner-Dance and Fundraiser.
   SJ Oaks 6:30 p.m. Angel Iscovich, M.D. President/CEO of
   EmCare will be keynote speaker.

6. Friday, December 11th, Hospice Foundation Trees of Lite,
   Downtown Veterans Building, 5:30 p.m. HHH Foundation hosting.
