Giving to the Hazel Hawkins Hospitals Foundation

Gifts to the Hospital Foundation support patient care, special programs, scholarships, hospital facilities, hospital equipment purchases, and indigent care at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital. Your gifts also support our two Skilled Nursing Facilities: Mabie and Mabie-Northside.

You may also designate to specific hosptial departments, special programs and services, the endowment fund, or any current fundraising campaign. Gifts to the General Fund are directed to the area of greatest need by our Foundation Board.

All gifts can be made in honor of or in memory of a friend, family member or loved one.
