Who We Are
Founded in 1978, the mission of the Hazel Hawkins Healthcare Foundation is to provide financial resources to support Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital and all of the health care facilities in the San Benito Health Care District. Under the leadership of a 21-member Board of Trustees, the Hazel Hawkins Healthcare Foundation works to help meet the specific healthcare needs of the people of the San Benito County region.
The Foundation provides a range of charitable gift opportunities for individual and family donors, business and corporate entities and other philanthropic organizations. Gifts to the Foundation support patient care, building and equipment needs, and healthcare education.
