Foundation Board & Board Agenda

The Foundation Board of Trustees consists of up to 21 volunteer members from the community. The Board oversees the management of the Foundation’s assets and insures contributions are used appropriately. The Board suggests, develops and adopts policies as the need arises and assumes ultimate responsibility for internal policies that govern the Foundation.
