Physician Recruiter and Leadership,  Administration – Req# HRS-493

Position Summary/Requirements:  The Physician & Leadership Recruiter will recruit qualified physicians and leadership roles. This role will include generating
job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with the candidate(s) and the Hospital. Actively seek physicians by searching resumes, job boards, or medical publications—whatever is necessary to find the right doctor for the job. A recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great physicians and leaders. A successful recruiter will collaborate with the administration regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. The Recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, residency programs, and employee referrals. Our ideal Recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the Recruiter’s responsibilities are to
ensure our Hospital attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Compliance Analyst/Document Control Specialist, Quality – Req# HRS-465

Status/Shift: Full Time, Days
Position Summary/Requirements: College degree or equivalent work experience. 2 years of similar work experience. Responsible for developing and maintaining all
policy, procedure and work instruction documents to reflect business operating policies and procedures and enable consistent performance and outcomes. Works with all
operations departments to revise, refine and/or create required documentation that is made available within departments and across the company as reference publications.

Billing Supervisor, Home Health- Req# HRS-507

Status/Shift: Full Time, Days
Position Summary/Requirements:  Minimum two years experience in billing and collections management in home care operations. Billing information systems knowledge required. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct personnel. Knowledge of business management, government regulations and Joint Commission standards. Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Housekeeping Manager, EVS – Req# HRS-503

Status/Shift: Full Time, All Shifts
Position Summary/Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience, Minimum of 5 years in environmental services and/ or acute care related service departments, 1 year in supervisory level experience, managing and scheduling staff. Preferred: Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) certification. Will manage department of 25-30 employees for acute hospital environmental services/housekeeping. Directs all work activities of Housekeeping personnel to ensure clean and orderly conditions in the facilities.
