Position Summary/Requirements: The Physician & Leadership Recruiter will recruit qualified physicians and leadership roles. This role will include generating
job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with the candidate(s) and the Hospital. Actively seek physicians by searching resumes, job boards, or medical publications—whatever is necessary to find the right doctor for the job. A recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great physicians and leaders. A successful recruiter will collaborate with the administration regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. The Recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, residency programs, and employee referrals. Our ideal Recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the Recruiter’s responsibilities are to ensure our Hospital attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Position Summary/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience, Minimum of 5 years in environmental services and/ or acute care related service departments, 1 year in supervisory level experience, managing and scheduling staff.
