Position Summary/Requirements: Under minimum supervision, the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) has twenty-four
(24) hour accountability and responsibility for planning, organizing,
developing, directing, coordinating and evaluating nursing and ancillary
services throughout the organization. Such services include clinical practice,
quality patient care, fiscal accountability/productivity, human resources
management, regulatory compliance, leadership, staff development and professionalism.
Promotes interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and the

Position Summary/Requirements: Provides comprehensive mental health care services in an outpatient setting
in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of California
and the policies and procedures of the department. Work requires the knowledge
and skills necessary to provide direct patient care appropriate to patient
population of the specialty. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric
assessments, developing individualized treatment plans. Prescribing and
managing medications, providing psychotherapy, collaborating with interdisciplinary
teams, educating patients and families and maintaining accurate medical records.

Position Summary/Requirements: Responsible for direction of patient care in the Intensive Care Unit and Medical Surgical setting. Consults with staff, physicians, and nurse executive on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assists in formulating budget for departments.

This role involves coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, project management, or a related field preferred.
