Chief Executive Officer – Administration – REQ # HRS- 242

Status/Shift:Full Time Exempt
Position Summary/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or finance; Master’s degree preferred. 15 or more years in Healthcare management, to include district experience in California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors, partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability, represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings, communicating on behalf of the company with shareholders, government entities and the public, evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors and vice presidents, assessing risks to the company, setting strategic goals, working closely with Chief Financial Officer and VP of Human Resources, oversee quality control throughout the company. Quality/Risk Director – Quality – REQ # HRS- 245

Status/Shift:Full Time Exempt
Position Summary/Requirements: Current RN License. CPHQ certification preferred. Certification in risk management preferred. Additional course work in performance improvement and CQI. 3 or more years of previous experience in acute care nursing. Previous experience in performance improvement activities preferred. 3 or more years of previous clinical experience in an acute care setting. 2 or more years of management experience in the managed care arena, familiarity with Utilization Review concepts. Five years experience in healthcare, including compliance issues concerning TJC, DHS and HCFA standards. Responsible for direction of the Quality Resource Management Department and the various functions under its umbrella, including Quality Improvement, Infection Control, Employee Health, Case Management, Utilization Review, Social Services, Population Health and regulatory compliance.
