The DAISY Award For Extraordinary Nurses is an international recognition program that honors and celebrates the skillful, compassionate care nurses provide every day. The DAISY Award recipients exemplify our dedication to the exceptional patient experience. These nurses consistently go above and beyond to provide compassionate, high quality care to their patients.

Eligibility: Must be a registered nurse at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital or one of the Mabie Skilled Nursing Facilities

SUPER STAR Award

The Super Star Award recognizes team members outside of nursing for going above and beyond to care for patients, visitors and each other.

Eligibility: Must be a care team or support services team member within the San Benito Healthcare District
